I have installed STEP server on top of ST31 server with port 1533 open through the firewall for internet access.

Pocket PC access using the client works great over gprs but the same account on the blackberry Sametime client application fails each time with "sametime server is temporarily unavailable". Because PocketPC client works, I know that the installation is working properly. I can see from the forums that blackberry client access has caused many issues. Has anyone come accross this and could even point me in the right direction for a solution?
